Our shipping fees vary according to the size of your order. Starting at $10 for small items and up to $25 for large items for standard shipping within Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout.


If you require EXPRESS SHIPPING please contact us directly to place your order.


International shipping can be custom quoted, please contact us if you have a special request.



Customers are able to pick up their items from Ocean Grove on our assigned pickup days & time frames.

Once your order is ready we will contact you with your pickup details.

In certain circumstances we can deliver items in the Geelong Area for a small fee.



It takes around 1-2 weeks to produce standard store items that do not require proofs. 


Wedding items that require proofs and extensive information provided by the client can take up to 3 - 5 weeks considering the design process, fabrication and shipping according to your event’s timeline.


Once completed, our items are promptly shipped via Australia Post or courier, depending on the items and destination. Standard delivery times apply (usually 3-7 days). 



Unfortunately we do not accept returns on any personalised items, or ‘change of mind’ returns. Please check the spelling of your supplied information very carefully as we do not send proofs for all items (if proofs are issued, it will be stated in the item description). 

We take the utmost care to check over and package our items securely for shipping.  We cannot take responsibility for items damaged after they leave our premises, however if your item is damaged please let us know straight away by providing photos of the item within 24 hours so that we can assess what has happened and work on a solution.

If you believe your order is incorrect due to a difference in the information/specifications provided to us, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the issue.


CREDIT/DEBIT CARD payments are protected with SSL Secure Shopping and our website host checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for customers to purchase from. BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS are required prior to pickup/delivery of custom orders not purchased via the online store. Invoices are issued upon completion of your job.
